He hoped and prayed that there wasn't an afterlife. Then he realized there was a contradiction involved here and merely hoped that there wasn't an afterlife.

There aren't Qt-only alternatives for everything. I would suggest using a few gtk-apps with your qt collection and use qgtkstyle for a consistent look.

I know that "there aren't Qt-only alternatives for everything". I didn't ask a solution like qgtkstyle, I asked gimp alternative, or any photo editor in QT
I edited first post with: "any photo editor?" instead of "alternative to Gimp"

Because of GEGL, GIMP's core is going to be detached from the UI. Somewhere around GIMP 3.0 a QT port will become sane.
Another really cool standalone QT4 app is QStarDict. It has a much less visually intrusive UI than StarDict.

PyDingo is on qt-apps and code.google.com still in ALPHA but steady going forward.
Mozilla-qt with qt-cairo engine is moving to the firefox main repositories, and the checkout isn't compiling on my box from a long time... But if you use KDE then you can use gtk-qt-engines. firefox-qt would be nice for making qt and PyQt4 widgets for firefox HTML/JS rendering engine

qlwm is another QT4 (qnd QT3) window manager.
There are also several QT4 mpd frontends (in various states of development) not yet mentioned here:
* pymusicpd
* QMPDClient and QMPDClient-ne
* lnkmusic
* KuteMPC
* montypc
Earlier versions of QtMPC were also KDE-independent. It is now integrated with KDE.
