Staging - how?

I want to install some packages from staging (monodevelop and deps) but I can;t find any instructions on how to install from staging.  Is it an abs or pacman repository?

add this to /etc/pacman.conf

[staging]
Server = ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/tur/staging
