Network is down

As you can see from here http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=49512 . Well from then ive been researching the problem! My actual mistake was that i didnt install the program that are needed:rolleyes:... Anyways did everything right in the instalation that time and i am using http://archux.com/page/setting-wireless-networking ... The results are...

iwlist wlan0 scan

returns that?

Do:

ifconfig wlan0 up

and then try iwlist again.
