[php-gtk]How to build php-gtk dev in archlinux?

As the title.
And why no one update the php-gtk pkg in the AUR .

I can't compfile from the source ,which come the errors

./buildconf
rebuilding configure
make[1]: autoconf：命令未找到 (can't find command)
make[1]: *** [configure] 错误(error) 127
make: *** [all] 错误(error) 2
