Groups Wiki

I have just cleaned up the user groups wiki page.  Adding more groups, the files/devices they affect, better descriptions, and making the list more organized.  Permissions turn out to be a common solution provided in the forums when something doesn't work for a user.

This wiki page was created to alleviate any questions such as "what is X group is for"?  Unfortunately, not many have updated the list with groups they know of.  I have added all the groups I know of and their purpose but my knowledge on the subject is limited.  Please peek in and if you know of missing groups/discriptions/info leave a reply here or edit the wiki yourself.

Come on, I know some of you must have a good discription of what the mail, http, ftp, ntp, tty groups are for.
