ok, so i have installed VirtualBox on my PC, and i get this eroor every time:
VirtualBox kernel driver not installed. The vboxdrv kernel module was either not loaded or /dev/vboxdrv was not created for some reason. Re-setup the kernel module by executing '/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup' as root.
VBox status code: -4 (VERR_INVALID_HANDLE).
Result Code:
NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

it doesn't matter if i do:

I was having this same problem a few days ago. I switched the non ose version (housed in the aur) and everything has been working great. For some it may not be an optimal solution, but it does work and if you're just looking for a nice virtual environment, that doesn't require a ton of hassle, there's no reason not to go for the proprietary one.
