works for me. Can someone confirm?
They do not work if you are not logged in, since it is in the off-topic section and that section is for users only, you know because of the top secret stuff there.
Hey, pressh, for permissions there, talk to Aaron or Jason they will be able to do that.
Thanks

DustyI have fixed all typos in git already. Somehow Eduardo did not give me write permission to that directory on the server so I can't scp it in.
Thanks for doing the corrections, I've updated the file. Bug one of the sys admin guys for permissions on the directory.

Some complements...
touch /var/spool/cron/ronald
chown root:users /var/spool/cron/ronald
chmod 600 /var/spool/cron/ronald
$myfaveditor /var/spool/cron/ronald
== [ADD WHATEVER COMMAND YOU LIKE FOLLOWING DISCUSSED SCHEME]
crontab /var/spool/cron/ronald
can be replaced by:
VISUAL="$myfaveditor" crontab -e
Moreover, this syntax:
0-59 or *
is far from enough for many uses! To do something every 10 minutes and at :5, you can use:
0,5,10,20,30,40,50
Or:
5,*/10

woha, you can? Let me try that tomorrow

I think you didn't understood me on this. What I meant is something like 'either a number between 0 and 59, or * if you don't want to specify that particular field'. Obviously you can do things like you described, but describing all available options is not really needed as we always have manpages and infopages.

For those of you who said they missed "Bounced"... I won't be writing them anymore. I thought I would, but since I don't use Arch anymore it simply wouldn't feel right for me to write "Bounced".
However, I challenge those of you who can write to come up with "Unbounced".

Why don't you simply write a piece on what bounced you away from Arch - in the Arch NL. Hey, that's tricky, isn't it - and that would be cool

Well, if K3nsai agrees. But I think it's too late at this point. The November issue is probably already in the oven.
ROFLMAO!!!!!!
Sorry, inside joke between on those of us who can see the git repo for the november newsletter.... ;-)
So fox, you're posting on Arch forums again... in a little while you'll be testing it in Virtualbox and thing its not so bad and next thing you know it'll be your primary distro.
Its ok, we all have to try Ubuntu for a while sometimes.
You better reply to this, it'll be your 700th post.

I think you meant to hit edit and not quote

Shiiiiiiiiiiiiit!
Oh well, its not as bad as when I accidentally edited and wiped out a user's post when I thought I was quoting him.

Perhaps an appeal for support for the defunct faunos is in order for the next newsletter?

Haha, VBox? I know Arch better than testing it in VBox. I've started using Blender since I switched to Ubuntu, and the reason I'm posting here again is because I stumbled upon the Indigo renderer in the AUR, and then the BIG ::sigh::.
Anyway, I'm testing Arch on my laptop (x86_64 this time). And if I get suspend and hibernate to behave, I'll probably use Arch again... I've been tinkering around the CLI this morning, and I still haven't lost the touch.
So, that's my 700th post in this BBS.
And another note to Dusty: Any distro I install is my primary distro, if only for a few days.
As for the bounced, I'll never EVER write it again, in case I switch back to Arch, I don't wanna change distros again.
EDIT:
Gawd! Awful fonts in GNOME, no power management... I've been off Arch a few days too long... :S
