laptop change

hi...
i upgrade mt system but klaptop had change..... doesn't appeas the options to suspend our hibernate and the cpu throttling...
someone can help me with this because i want put this in normal.....

I use kde4 now so I have to get this from memory, but aren't you given instructions what commands or helper program to run as root to enable suspend etc again in klaptop itself?

i use kdemod3...

this option apears when i click with right buttom in the icon... and before i didn't have to do nothing
