[Solved]Silly question: How do I install swfdec?

I am on Arch64 and I just pacman'd swfdec-mozilla.

What do I have to do to get firefox to play on youtube? I can't find anything in the wiki's.

EDIT: I have noScripts plugin and it wasn't allowing the flash videos. Silly me.

Re: [Solved]Silly question: How do I install swfdec?

Any Flash stuff should be covered with a big gray rectangle with play symbol on it. Just click on the rectangle and swfdec will play whatever it is.

Be warned though - swfdec-mozilla is *extremely* slow and piggish when playing Youtube videos.

Re: [Solved]Silly question: How do I install swfdec?

That's weird. It just doesn't work. I tried un/reinstalling swfdec and firefox and it still just says I don't have flash player.

I haven't rebooted yet, but I'll try that in a few minutes, I guess.

EDIT: Rebooting didn't work... What is wrong with this?

Same problem here, I don't have any plugins yet whatsoever, no noscript, fresh install.
EDIT: worked after I logged out and in again of the console from which I was starting X.
