[SOLVED] Packages that needs to be rebuilt

Hi, is it correct to file an bug report for packages that just need to be rebuilt against the current version of the libraries, for example if you're using the [testing] repository. Or is there any other mechanism that notices you package maintainers when a package needs to be rebuilt and it's automagically rebuilt when the new libraries hit [extra] ?

Except for [community] packages needing rebuilt against stuff in [testing] as they only get build against packages in [core] or [extra]

Hopefully one day we will get a community counterpart to the [testing] repo to solve these issues.
