Hi, is it correct to file an bug report for packages that just need to be rebuilt against the current version of the libraries, for example if you're using the [testing] repository. Or is there any other mechanism that notices you package maintainers when a package needs to be rebuilt and it's automagically rebuilt when the new libraries hit [extra] ?

Except for [community] packages needing rebuilt against stuff in [testing] as they only get build against packages in [core] or [extra]
