Paint

What's the best paint-like program for Gnome? I know Kolourpaint is amazing on KDE but I don't want to install all the KDE libraries. What's the best paint or kolourpaint like program for Gnome?

...no?

Gimp is like photoshop, it's not easy to just draw squares, lines and things like that. I need something very easy and quick to create a simple diagram, cut and paste images and so on. Kolourpaint does the job perfectly, so does ms paint but I don't want to install either of them xD

What other options exist?

Edit: Tuxpaint is too primitive and I haven't looked at cinepanit yet.

Edit: Cinepaint looks like a gimp-type image manipulation program more than a paint program.

Re: Paint

I've had relatively good luck with rgbPaint; at least it has Undo, unlike mtPaint.

Re: Paint

I'm interested in this too. I've always wanted a dead-simple image manipulation app where I could do dumb stuff, like take a screenshot, resize it a little, block out a few usernames, and annotate some things. gimp is overkill for situations like this.
