This is not a problem with mi linux hardware, the problem is with a corrupted
memory stick. It won't be detected by my windows partition nor thunar-volman.
Are there any linux tools to repair this? (I have googled intesively).

Ok, problem solved.
I mounted it with:
mount -vfat -rw /dev/sdb /media/fl
Then using gparted I created the partition table.
And well, Its working again.
I hope this thread helps someone. At first I thought
I'd had to buy a new memstick.
