It seems like smbmount just disappeared in today's update.
mount.cifs is still available, but I don't like setting suid flags on mount* files.
Does anyone know why it was removed, or was it moved to another package ?
Thanks

Oups, sorry about it, seems like smbmount is now deprecated so I moved to mount.cifs.

It's outdated (but announced a while ago)
WARNING: smbmount is deprecated and not maintained any longer. mount.cifs (mount -t cifs) should be used instead of smbmount.
hope this helps.
Edit: Too late
