After update, Kernel 2.6.27 does not work

Yesterday, I updated my system and I got the new version of the 2.6.27 Kernel. Today I wanted to boot it and it stoped by the line

pci 0000:00:00.0: Enabling HT MSI Mapping

That problem I had had also with the last 2.6.27 version, so I had added pci=nomsi to the kernel line in the menu.lst. Then it had worked some times, some times it had stopped  to different times.
And now, it boots no time.
Before, I had had some problems with the 2.6.25 and 2.6.26 kernel at sidux. After installing I could boot 2 or 3 times and then nothing worked anymore. I have no solution for that problem, but maybe, these two problems hang together.
