emesene character encoding troubles..

to keep it short.

root@TanriDag:~$ locale
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8

emesene svn version is not showing the turkish characters correct at all..

Just for troubleshooting I enabled in locale.gen turkish UTF8 and ISO.. then ran locale-gen which created the correct locales.. I restarted emesene and still no effect.

Any ideas on why? I am guessing its emesenes fault since firefox shows all turkish websites without issues..

anyone else with same problems?
