problem with gnome bluetooth and gedit after upgrade

1. since bluez-lib and bluez-utils became just bluez, the bluetooth on gnome is not working anymore... dont know why, hcitool works fine.
2. last gnome update to 2.24 gedit is EXTREMLY slow... does anyone else encounter this?
i would love some help, thanks for replys.

gedit 2.24.0-1 works fine here.

About Bluetooth, I confirmed this regression.
I already filed a bug report: http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/11502
I also manually bumped bluez-gnome version to the very last upstream release via ABS but with no success.

Gedit, on the other hand, is working fine.

With bumped bluez to 4.13 and bluez-gnome to 1.8 sending/reciving files with bluetooth still no go...

PLUGINS!

for me disable all Plugins bring back the "fastness"

real    0m2.483s
user    0m1.057s
sys    0m0.153s

But i do not know why all Plugins was activ...:mad:

Disabling the plugins in gedit worked wonders for me too. Opens in the blink of an eye now.

disabling "file-browser-pane" plugin fixed gedit THANKS FOR THIS!! :D:D
