Automount in KDE4 and Fluxbox

Hi

Im trying to set up autmount for my laptop using autofs.  I use both KDE4 and Fluxbox.
But when I press the usb-flash-drive icon I get this error message: "Cannot obtain lock on /media/.hal-tab"

What does it mean? I'm a member of both optical and storage.
