Dependency Problem gconfig requires libldap>=2.3.43

Hello there,

I am new to arch and I am having dependency problems.  When I tried to install grip I got

"gconfig: requires libldap>=2.3.43

How can I install libldap?  and solve this problem.

Thank you

Cool! I can erase what I just wrote.

By the way, you just added core?

Yes,

I only had extra.  It seems extra does not have somethings.  I added [core] and removed [extra]  pacman -Syu  pacman -S ...... and it worked

Thanks,

Thanks,

You're welcome. While you're at it, add community too. All three repos are the standard for Arch.
