fan problems after nvidia update
After I installed the newest driver from nvidia the fan is out of control! It goes on and off non-stop.
Anyone else experienced this?
My computer is a Dell M1330 laptop.

yes same here, same notebook! i'm back at beta driver 
EDIT:
ok I think i've found the solution in this thread: http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=120200
Update your BIOS to A12 and this problem should be gone. But an effect of the new bios seems to be making the fan run faster / more often, I don't know how bad that will be...
EDIT2:
ok i did it. fan is running without doing anything, hm. it's not great but you can live with it.

Is the fan running normal? did you do anything else than updating your bios?
