I had a problem where on kernel 2.6.27 my wifi wouldnt work.. I tried rolling back my kernel to .26 and it just screwed my system up.. so I flushed it and reinstalled.. how can I get kernel 2.6.26 AND the madiwifi driver for that kernel?

Provided you haven't cleared your cache and you kept it between reinstalls, you might try to find the date for your old kernel version and find a matching date for madwifi. Then rollback the kernel and kernel-headers packages to 2.6.26 and madwifi packages to the date you found.
