I have been searching for a fm to replace konqueror. This egofm looks good. Do we have a package?

i was scared of making one, when i've seen this diagram:

The impossible missions are the only ones which succeed.

I noticed when running ./configure in ego source but didn't knew it goes to that extent. Let's hope there is someone tempted to take the challenge.

Re: Any non-spatial, non-MC, GTK file manager out there?

I just uploaded a PKGBUILD for the newest version of Endeavour (GTK based) http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?t=1563
I also uploaded a PKGBUILD for Xplore (Motif-based)
http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?t=6928

IMO, Endeavour is much better than  Xplore.

[EDIT] kcn, a KDE file manager, doesn't look too bad but I can't build it. The ./configure can't find the QT lib.  Maybe it's because it is for KDE2.  Anyway, the URL is: http://software.freepage.de/stormer/knc-1.90.tar.gz
