Here's the log of eclipse startup
Where can I get the package to downgrade?

Crude workaround that worked for me was to delete eclipse configuration in $HOME

Same thing happened here. Any idea what caused this?

Both downgrading and removing $HOME/.eclipse/* solved this issue...

I didn't need to downgrade..just removed the eclipse directory in ~

Eclipse 3.4.1 seams to conflict with eclipse-mylyn so I downgraded to 3.4.0 again...
@Lord Illidan
I meant, to solve the problem, one should downgrade or remove .eclipse.

After upgrade to eclipse-jee ganymede.SR1-2 I've lost some important features such as Java Perspective.. configure build path and so on. Do you have experienced something like this?
Not really. Try and use a new workspace and config directory, and see if the problem persists?

I have removed ~/.eclipse , /opt/eclipse/ , reinstalled community/jdk and community/jre, then rebuilt aur/eclipse-jee and now it works again.

It seems that it's a problem with Eclipse 3.4.1 an some plugins. Does somebody have a Eclipse 3.4.0 package ? I would really like to downgrade.
Thanks
