Lapsus strange error

Hi,
I went on the official website and i compiled the last svn with the option
--without-arts
as without was giving error.
Now when i try to lounch it at first the name is not lapsus but lapsusd...is it normal? second i have this error

[teo@teo ~]$ lapsus
bash: lapsus: command not found
[teo@teo ~]$ lapsusd
Error registering D-BUS Lapsus Service Name 'de.berlios.Lapsus': Connection ":1.173" is not allowed to own the service "de.berlios.Lapsus" due to security policies in the configuration file
Error runing lapsusd daemon!
