not always a good idea but try
pacman -Syfu

whenever you come across such errors you should:
1. find out which package the files belong to with pacman (man pacman if you don't know how to do this)
2. file a bug
3. either wait for the bugfix or you can "force" the install with the f option
AKA uknowme
I am not your friend

Like I'm doing a lot of forcing lately ...

I forced it
It removed:
/usr/lib/libltdl.so.3.1.0
/usr/lib/libltdl.so.3
/usr/lib/libltdl.so
/usr/lib/libltdl.la
/usr/lib/libltdl.a
pacman -S libtool
Fixed it
carb $ now; uname -a; uptime
