hmmm... i'm sorry about that, it works fine for me from my work computer in firefox.

it's set for passive ftp b/w ports 50000 and 50100, maybe those are blocked for you?

do me a favor and try it again (i find the refresh button to be my friend)... then if it still doesn't work, i put it at:

http://www.imagerocket.net/photos/12264 … 0x1200.jpg

for you

cheers

Thanks a lot. FTR, I had to use the --no-passive-ftp flag in wget to be able to DL the file. without it, it won't work.

Re: November 2008 Screenshots

Was fooling around with robber's fvwm configs and wanted to have a soothing green working environment for the time being. so modified a lot of attributes and the current fvwm setup goes perfectly with one of the best rezlooks themes thats out there, Cuttooth! smile. only thing remaining is to modify the window buttons to match the OB theme! A music script to report the song being played currently on the pager doesn't work yet! gotta work on that as well. neway font details and stuff are in the terminal!

Re: November 2008 Screenshots

Here's my new one. I got bored with the "dark thing" and went white. It's....  stark.

Anywho, here's the meat and taters:

GtK2: Alphacube GTK0.5 from Gnome-look.org
Pointer: Ecliz (same as last time)
Emerald: Elegant flat gray by ayoli (Gnome-look again)
Wallpaper: something I found online a while back and never got around to using.

Conky was one I customized. It is based off the one I used last month.
And that is a very plain Cairo at the top of "dirty". For some reason only the default style is available. Not that I mind, the others are kinda strange to me.

Enjoy!

I keep getting distracted from my webserver project...

huh? oooh...  shiny!

Re: November 2008 Screenshots

@justcme

very clean... it looks like you have a very nice .screenrc and maybe .Xdefaults to get those terminals (urxvt?) to look like that... mind sharing?

i love the partial transparency and highlighted border
