Any working filesharing client??

I've tried lmule and amule so far but they both whine about:

error while loading shared libraries: libwx_gtk-2.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

[/code]

For eDonkey and overnet there is ed2k-gtk-gui. It works great for me.

Re: Any working filesharing client??

i much prefer giftui over giFToxic ... you can find it in the Staging repo.

gift is what i use whenever i need some filesharing on gnutella or fasttrack (kazaa).

Re: Any working filesharing client??

I like apollon for gift, and, having kde stuff installed already for k3b, there's no extra baggage.  Since the last round of updates, however, none of the protocols want to connect...

giftcurses is also a nice frontend for gift. it is usually more current than toxic and is more stable and can be used in console.

wxgtk was recently rebuilt so that now it uses gtk2. However, amule was compiled using the gtk1 version, so you need to rebuild amule in order for it to work.
