what now?

ok so have Arch installed with Openbox.
what do i do to make it more graphical? how do i get a wallpaper? how do i get panel bar? (i installed pypanel..but i see it anly if i launch it in xterm)
how do i get icons? i don't want plenty i just might need some in future.

You need to be willing to seek out documentation for your software, and you need to go through the necessary work to configure it. This is advice for using Arch in general, as well as for getting Openbox set up. Notice that nobody here spoon-fed you any answers, and that's because your question is quite vague and the information you're looking for is very easily availabe if you look a little bit. If you have a more specific issue I'm sure people here would love to help you more; like if something doesn't work correctly or what you need to do is not documented very well.
