Hi, my beloved jack (audio connection kit) is driving me mad, yesterday started to get hundreds of xruns every seconds, unless I disable audio duplex (both input and output channels).
Because it worked seamlessy until yesterday I checked what could have been changed in audio setup and I found something strange in alsa connections.
bash-3.2# aconnect -lio
client 0: 'System' [type=kernel]
0 'Timer '
1 'Announce '
Connecting To: 15:0
client 20: 'MPU-401 UART' [type=kernel]
0 'MPU-401 UART MIDI'
bash-3.2#
As you can see 0:1 (announce) is connected with 15:0 that is a client not present in the list (and it is right, there are no applications running that are polling alsa)
So I tried to disconnect them but...
bash-3.2# aconnect -d 0:1 15:0
Disconnection failed (Operation not permitted)
So these are my two questions:
1 Is this mysterious connection normal?
2 What I should try to do?
Thanks!
