Gnome: Compiz Fusion have delay before starting.

Hi, I followed this guide to setup compiz-fusion:

All good, compiz-fusion starts with gnome session but not at the same time, after the GDM screen (the one with use and pass) Gnome is loaded but no compiz yet, after 2-3 second everything disappearing from the desktop except the wallpaper and after 5-7 seconds the desktop is back with compiz enabled. This desktop disappearing is pretty annoying and I would like to know if there a way to make compiz loading together with gnome, to remove the waiting time at all or at least down it to 2-3seconds.
