I download .pkg.tar.gz's by 'pacman -S something', and save downloaded pk.tar.gz's in some directory(/mnt/hdb/arch/pkg). If i want to reinstall AL, i should make 'pacman -A something' and check up dependences. But it is very slow. I want use simple 'pacman -S something', that check up and install depends, without my help

Or you can just store all the files in /var/cache/pacman/pkg and do your pacman -S'ing like normal... if the file is in the cache, it won't download it.
