KDE 4: getting a splash screen theme

Hi,

I tried to use Appearance->Splash Screen->Get New Themes... I installed Karbon4 for KDE4, but the theme didn't appear in the list of themes. What's to be done next?

Nothing to be done next as far as I know.I installed a few themes and most of them worked but I remember there was one that just refused to show up in the list of installed themes.

I tried a couple of other splashes, namely, MyqonkiKSplashX and MyTuxKSplashX. They install all right but won't show if selected. Maybe some utility is missing?
