Konqueror and win + e keyboard shortcut

Hi all,

I use xbindkeys to have some useful keyboard shortcuts to programs I use frequently. I had mapped out the Windows + E key to open up Dolphin, but some conflicting program maps out the Win+E key to open up Konqueror. I have no real problems with Konqueror, but I'm pretty much hating the fact that I have some other keyboard shortcut program running and overriding my own settings.

Do any of you have any ideas as to what program that is? I checked in the system settings for the keyboard shortcuts/scheme and disabled anything with the Meta+E key, so I doubt it's that.

The funny thing is that the Win+E mapping to Dolphin worked before, but I have no idea what changed.
