Free SIP Service Provider

I want to use Ekiga for VOIP (or rather, KCall or KPhone, but neither would build).  When I try to register an Ekiga account, firefox chokes on the website because of a bad security certificate.  I'm not about to take the risk of the website having been hijacked or spoofed, so does anybody know of a free, good quality SIP service provider?
