Gnome Desktop 2.8.0 in Testing

Has anyone been using the new evolution 2.0 out of testing?

It seems the calendar and tasks stuff is messed up. Whenever I add a new task, it never shows up in the task view and eventually will show up in the calendar view (about 2-5 seconds later). Also, I can never get a tradional calendar view (the grid looking view), it appears that on the calendar view is what is supposed to be the task view.

When I was using the one out of JGC repo (1.94 or something) this didn't behave like this I don't think.

Anyone else experiencing anything like this, or is this supposed to be how it works? I mean, I'm a stupid user occasionally, but I've sunk to new depths on this one.
