i don't know how else to explain this. but im re-installing arch on my laptop. trying to get kdemod installed at the moment
anyway, pacman can't find qscintilla-2.3-1-i686.pkg.tar.gz on any of the mirrors because the name of the package is qscintilla-2.3.2-1-i686.pkg.tar.gz.
maybe someone could fix this?
i've worked around it for now. lucky i had another computer nearby that i could browse the repo to get the correct link for wget, and installed the dependencies of qscintilla, whatever it is, now im installing kdemod no problem
figured id give the heads up anyway. anyone else planning to install arch at the moment might run into the same thing and wonder wtf

Have you done a "pacman -Sy" or even "-Syy"?

yes, i did pacman -Sy, i had to refresh my local database because i had just added the kdemod repos.
maybe the repo was being updated at the time i did it, i dont know

probably your mirror was still syncing.

i thought that too and tried setting it to the main archlinux.org as my primary mirror. either way i got around, maybe the package was uploaded and the database hadn't been updated yet?
