reading changelogs from upgraded packages
hey, is there any place where the changelogs for the upgraded packages reside? ive been searching around, and i cant seem to find them. should i look for them upstream always? would be nice to see them when doing pacman -Syu.

When a package includes a changelog, you can read it with "pacman -Qc <package>". Not all packages do though...
