You can't use feh to set a background?

Haven't tried, maybe you can. But what's the point really? On ratpoison you can only see the background when you have no programs open or when you close the program that occupies a frame and there's nothing to replace it. The only bad thing about the bare black background is that the cursor is the "X" when you have no programs open...
