Re: firefox qt

I no longer use firefox but this is interesting. Is it possible to get this in AUR anytime soon?

Re: firefox qt

hg is in aur, and requires a bunch of other aur packages, i dont understand why they couldnt just use svn or something.

b0uncyfr0, what are you using for a browser, just out of curiosity? im running opera-qt on my laptop thats running 32bit, my desktop is 64, i would use konqueror, but it doesnt seem to get passed my router at all. so im using firefox, which i like for addblock anyway, but it sucks up so much memory after a while i find. the QT build would be nice though. im trying to keep everything QT now, its my mission, so far im failing miserably

As stated before that is not true... you only need to install mercurial, which is in repos.

i tried to build firefox-qt, but it fails if i change mozconfig to use qt

Re: firefox qt

Probably you need autoconf-compat:

http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=7224

It's necessary even for firefox-3.1b3pree.
