Low fps in kde after plug out the usb mouse.

I've got one problem, when I have something in my usb, like mouse then everything works great, but when I plug out the mouse, and got nothing connected to my laptop, then I've got less fps in kde, even that there is no cpu usage, I've got no idea what cause the problem maybe you have some solution for it? Here is my xorg:

I can add, that it doesn't have to be mouse, if I plug in usb flash memory, then it's the same, works great but only if laptop is reading from the flash. When usb flash disk stop working, I got the low fps again. All I've done in my Arch, I was doing exactly as I found it in wiki. I haven't found anywhere solution for such issue, that's why I'm asking you guys for support.
