Ugly!! xfce

I use openbox with xfce4-panel

I use the all black icon theme but,
I do not know how to change the default battery icon
of xfce4 panel     (wich is ugly)

I googled a lot but nothing works, changed the naming of the icons
changed the icon location. Nothing works!!

Any help about this trivial issue appreciated.

Re: Ugly!! xfce

Looking at my customised theme, I think it is as simple as copying your preferred svg icon to the scalable/devices folder of your theme under the name battery.svg.

Re: Ugly!! xfce

thanks, it worked...
But there is no support for say,
change the displayed icon based on battery status?

I'd use the gnome applet but it has a lot of deps.
