wbar does not save my changes in fluxbox

Hi there...

Every time i start fluxbox, my wbar-settings are gone...
the defined icons are ok, but the size of the icons and the transparence of the wbar-background differ.

I want to have a fully transparent background and an iconsize of 48 pixels...

How can i achive that wbar starts with these config?

I am startin wbar with the following line in my ~/.fluxbox/startup:

(sleep 3s && wbar) &
