help with error code: Locale not supported by C library

Hi,

I tried to use the AUR package 'referencer' or referencer-hg'

Both AUR packages build, but when I start the program

I get the following message:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
     Using the fallback 'C' locale.

(referencer:17022): Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what():  locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid
Aborted

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is something missing in my system ?
Wrong c- libraries

Many thanks for reading amf helping

Re: help with error code: Locale not supported by C library

Are you using en_GB?  If so, go to /etc/locale.gen and uncomment the en_US lines as well.  Then run the command `locale-gen` as root.  I don't know if there's another way, but it should run after you generate both locales.
