check the mirror list: /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
there might be other mirror in the wiki.

I parsed http://www.archlinux.de/?page=MirrorStatus for HTTP servers, fed that list to nmap and simply tried https:// instead of http:// for all mirrors that had port 443 open.
The 5 above were left (all with SSL warnings!), 8 others failed completely.
