[SOLVED]mpd can't --create-db

Hey, I've been trying to get all of my music library into mpd, but after some time (after some thousands of songs) either this process is Killed (terminal outputs so) or the terminal just disappears.
I've configured mpd.conf to
max_command_list_size "4096"
max_output_buffer_size "4096"
max_playlist_length "15000" (my library contains about 10 000 songs, nicely organized)
mpd --create-db --verbose looks like

...
explore: found: (song.mp3)
added (song.mp3
explore: found: (lastsongbeforeKilled.mp3)
Killed

Everything seems to work when I try to add small amounts, like 400 songs.

Weird. Does it always crash on the same file?
Try the basic stuff: check permissions thoroughly (I think they'll be wrong if e.g. you copied the files over from a windows partition), check your logs. If you can't fix it yourself, try the mpd tech support: http://mpd.wikia.com/wiki/Technical_Support

Try mpd-git (which is at beta2 for the next release), to be released in the very near future. If that doesn't help, file a bug report so the fix can get in for the next release.

Re: [SOLVED]mpd can't --create-db

Seems that some of these specific mp3 files were broken, I should have thought of this earlier, well thanks for your help anyway.
