[SOLVED] How to fix xorg.conf, when keyboard and internet is disabled

My little brother messed my ASUS EEE PC laptop. I managed to fix it with fsck, but when I installed new Xorg 7.4, keyboard was disabled. I can move my mouse cursor with touchpad, mut I can't login via GDM because I cannot type anything.

And my internet is also disabled. This is because it tries to get IP with dhcpcd from ra0 (wlan). Boot is kinda slow, because I have to wait when it timeouts (it is not connected to wifi network). I was planning to fix this problem on several days. But I cannot change it to eth0, because keyboard is disabled... That's why I cannot fix the problem with SSH.

I also tried to make a Ubuntu USB-install and fix the problem with Live-"CD", but EEE says "Invalid or damaged bootable partiotion" or something like that...

Any ideas? I need that computer tomorrow, I have schoolworks to do. sad

Add 3 or 1 to the kernel line in grub.

THANK YOU!!! 1 did the trick!

I tried to google for the solution like that and I only found "3" - which did not work. 1 works! THANK YOU!

3 would work if you started GDM through /etc/inittab, not through rc.conf. That's why I prefer the inittab approach ;-)
