Disable plugins in firefox

Hello.

Can anynone disable plugins (flash, java, mplayer) in firefox (through the UI provided in Add-ons menu)? I've all plugins enabled on firefox startup. I'm not sure if it's possible yet (that's why I'm asking smile, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=229196#c34).

Thank you.

Re: Disable plugins in firefox

Yeah, working over here. I can disable Flash and then Flash doesn't work. Firefox 3.0.4 x86_64 with the alpha-64 Flash plugin. Disabling the IcedTea Java plugin through that menu also took effect. Note that you can disable Java through Edit > Preferences > Content.
