Archlinux Custom Spinoff Question

Starting from a USB FTP install, once I got everything in place, set up, how can I "freeze" the whole distro into an install disk? Basicly just pop the install disc into the PC and installs unatended, mostly like an OEM setup.

An exact copy? You could image the hard drive and then use imaging software like on SystemRescueCd to do it.
