How to automount other partitions on XFCE4

Hello, I wanna know how to show my other partitions on my XFCE4 via automounting just like kde does on Konqueror...:)

I had already automounted usb devices...

Thanks in advance

Re: How to automount other partitions on XFCE4

If you mean other partitions on removable media, you can do so with udev-rules or pmount.

If you mean other partitions on non-removablie media, you should just add them to your /etc/fstab and mkdir the mountpoints

Re: How to automount other partitions on XFCE4

XFCE uses thunar for file management. Thunar has thunar-volman to automount partitions.

For fixed partitions, I think fstab is the way to go. But then again: I'm trying to keep my system away from excessive bloat where possible.
