google appengine on 64bit

Is it possible to use google appengine api on a 64 bit installation of archlinux. If not is it possible to create a 32 bit environment within a 64 bit environment.

I was curious to see what this was, so I downloaded it. It looks like it's all Python, so it should run fine on 64 bit as long as it's compatible with the current Python version.
