Title says it all.
Using KDE4 with a plain old Intel 945M chip. Never gave me problems before on X 1.4.
After a cold boot this morning, X was at a constant rate of 47% in Krunner. Top shows that it is eating up one core entirely.
Apart from that, I get occasional X crashes.
Tried Kwin with and without desktop effects, or running in Compiz.
This bugs (pun not intended) me no end and I want it to stop. But how?
